Decades of rigorous research indicates the importance of nonverbal communication in how information is received, perceived, and understood. As little as 7% of a message is conveyed through the actual words one speaks. The other 93% , includes body language, facial expressions, eye contact, and tone of voice. How authenticity, credibility, and trust are experienced between individuals communicating with each other are also considered to be nonverbal -- and the most important factors in establishing professional relationships, business negotiating, conflict resolution, and for a healthy bottom line.

You work hard and you always deliver. Over time, you’ve realized that you don’t get enough credit for the work you do and you’re passed over for projects and promotions. Your talent should be taking you to the next level, but talent alone won’t get you there. Building connection and trust are the keys to commanding your presence.
